Tartessos Online and -Shop were founded in 2019 as because of the efforts of Juan I. Riego and Henny Endenburg.  Both are passionate about the gastronomy of Andalusia which has an incredible variety and excellence of food products. We chose the name TARTESSOS because it refers to the ancient history of the part of Spain where we are based. It is fantastic that here in the South of Spain there are absolutely all the basic foods of the Mediterranean diet and that there are a lot of small and medium-sized producers who make them with respect to the traditional method and without altering their properties industrially resulting in really exquisite and healthy products.

Thanks to Henny Endenburg’ excellent experience of more than 40 years in international food logistics, we can offer our customers a safe and effective shipment of our products.

Tartessos Online and -Shop aim to reach all corners of Europe and the rest of the world with the gastronomy of southern Spain. We want to teach the all of Europe and the World how to eat rich and eat healthy at the same time. We aim to be the commercial support that small entrepreneurs need to make their products known outside our borders by offering their products against very competitive prices so the whole world will be enabled to enjoy the delicious food from the South of Spain.
