RECIPE FOR 1, 1/2 LITER GAZPACHO.
INGREDIENTS:
If you have organized all the ingredients let us start preparing the Gazpacho
We start by cutting the tomatoes in pieces( do not remove the peal ) Then we cut the green or red pepper and cucumber in quarters (remove the peal of the cucumber ), Put the cut ingredients in a Kitchen Machine(Magi mix) and add the teeth of garlic, the salt, the olive oil and the vinegar. Cover all the ingredients with 1 litre water ( add or remove the water so that all the ingredients are just under water) Switch on the Kitchen Machine until the substance becomes a smooth liquid. Put the Gazpacho in the Refrigerator for about an hour and then it is ready to serve. It should be ready to serve in 1 hour. If you like to serve it immediately you can use ice cold water or you can add some Ice cubes to the gazpacho. You can drink it in a glass or you can eat as a soup in a dish. If you eat in a dish you can add some bread, croutons or picos and some cubes of tomatoes, some fine cut onions, and small cut pieces of a 10 minutes cooked egg. (beware to cook the egg upfront and let it cool down before using)
